Exchange and Return Policy

Provided that the product is exchanged or returned

You can exchange or return the damaged product within 3 days from the time of receiving the product
The exchange or return process may take up to 10 working days.
A refund will be given after the damaged product reaches us and its condition is confirmed

When you want to replace the damaged product, and choose the replacement product, we ask you to transfer the amount of the difference between the damaged product and the replacement product if there is a price difference.
